Refund Policy

At Hubopps LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you do not receive the services as outlined in our agreement with you, we offer a 30-day refund policy for undelivered services.
1. Eligibility for Refund
• You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase if we have not delivered the services agreed upon.
• This refund policy applies only to services that have not been delivered. If services have been rendered or partially completed, we may not issue a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@hubopps.com within 30 days of your initial purchase, including the following information:
• Full name
• Date of purchase
• Description of the service purchased
• Reason for requesting a refund
Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with the outcome.
3. Processing of Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
• Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been delivered, completed, or partially completed as outlined in our agreement are not eligible for a refund.
